Focaccia is best served warm! Eating it cold is okay, but you may 

notice that the texture feels stale, dry and less enjoyable. Reheating directions included.

BREAD CARE

 


  • Enjoy within 2-3 days for optimal freshness and flavor.
  • If pre-sliced in a plastic bag, open the bag to allow airflow.
  • Freeze bread in a sealed bag for up to 6 months. Slice before freezing for easy portioning.
  • Store in a paper bag or bread box to preserve crustiness.
  • Avoid storing in the refrigerator as it can dry bread out. 
  • Revive stale bread by sprinkling with water and heating in oven @375 for 5-10 minutes. 
  • Freeze bread in a sealed bag for up to 6 months.
  • Slice before freezing for easy portioning.
  • Refresh frozen bread by thawing at room temp or toasting slices on a defrost setting.
