SOURDOUGH STARTER

Add equal parts of water and flour to the jar, mixing well to ensure that the dried starter is fully rehydrated. For example, if you pour in 20 grams of the dried starter, add 20 grams of water and 20 grams of flour. Stir the mixture until it’s smooth and well combined, then cover the jar loosely with a lid or a clean cloth to allow airflow while preventing contamination.
