Sourdough Focaccia has a soft chewy fluffy interior yet is crispy on the outside Focaccia is best when you eat it warm, or toasted,
you will find it served more often warm and crispy.
Ingredients:
Organic Flour, Water, Wild Yeast, Salt, Garlic, Olive Oil, and Parsley.
Reheating options:
To enjoy sourdough focaccia at its best, it's recommended to splash some water over the top of focaccia, just enough to become
slightly damp, set directly on baking sheet in a preheated oven Bake at
375°F until warm and crispy, cut into slices or tear apart and serve warm.
Storing Focaccia:
Sourdough Focaccia should ideally not be refrigerated, as the bread will dry out and become stale faster than at room temperature.
Because it’s fermented, sourdough breads will retain quality for 2 to 3 days if stored correctly at room temperature.
